David is a top producing Real Estate Agent, and owner of ANC Home Management. Presently he is a Member of the Moose Lodge, Eucharistic Minister at St. Clare Church, Sir Knight with Knights Of Columbus, Served as President of the Son’s of Italy Nonprofit Organization and Board member of Palm Club Association

The goal of the Best Of the Best networking group is to bring together a group of palm beach local business owners and professionals who are truly best-in-class in their respective industries, and create a sense of responsibility for each member’s growth and success. Our members make every effort to learn about each member’s business, gain trust and confidence, refer high quality prospects and enthusiastically promote each other whenever possible. Through the voluntary exchange of ideas and feedback, group members will help other members network more effectively and convert prospects to customers. Creating an ongoing win-win partnership with each and every member is paramount to the success of the group and is the collective responsibility of the group.


One of the most cost effective ways to generate revenue for your business is to have other business professionals refer your business. The only way to get other professionals to do this for you, though, is if they know, like and trust you. The easiest way to develop this type of relationship is to get business professionals together repeatedly and have a program in place that allows them to build relationships with others.

Best of the Best is not just another network group or breakfast club. Our referral group is structured so members can promote their business and help each other to actively generate viable referrals. Best of the Best members take note of each others' weekly referral requests, to identify profitable prospects and exchange referrals which produce exceptional sales results. Members get more than just referrals. They share ideas, tools of the trade, techniques and learning more about businesses, all of this from the experience and advice of other business professionals. Promoting weekly “One-on-One” meetings the members literally become advocates for each other's businesses, endorsing each other to substantially increase revenue.

Our referral group is focused on a specific segment of the market - small businesses, middle market companies, and the officers of these companies. With this focus the members have clients who may be prospects for the others. In addition, there is the limitation of one member per profession, which creates a non-competitive, supportive environment.

Providing weekly education, Best of the Best members are helped to produce a substantial growth in their business. Many members report that a large portion of their new business comes from direct and indirect referrals from their fellow members. With 25-50 people actively referring business, it is often surprising how quickly a member's sales revenue builds.
